- Users are unable to edit an event once it is published.
- Additional Consideration: If tickets have already been purchased, editing ticket details (such as price or included benefits) should not affect previously sold tickets. However, the event organizer should be able to:
- Change ticket prices moving forward (affecting only future purchasers).
- Modify basic event details (like title, description, or time) before or after publishing.
- Landing Page Widget Not Working
- The “Tickets - Here” button and “Book Now” button both show an indefinite loading wheel.
- Must ensure ticket purchase flow works seamlessly on embedded/landing page widgets.
- No Email Ticket Delivery
- Tickets were not delivered via email—critical issue because many US users rely on email, text message, or imessage over WhatsApp.
- Delete Buttons Not Working (Post-Publish)
- Deleting or removing an event after it has been published is currently broken or unresponsive.
- Events Dont show up on mobile app.
- Scanning tickets prompts use with a confirmation on camera app but events dont show up or anything else.
